Henry looking very dapper in his Halloween onsie courtesy of Charlie's friend Kelly Jernigan. She has great merchandise on her website. We love the burpcloths, blankets, and obviously the onsies. www.thislittlepiggygifts.com
We were so happy to have the entire Gage family visit us in Winston-Salem on the weekend of October 1st. We celebrated Henry's early arrival by enjoying some time together at Graylyn.
Henry and a life-like replica created by my 2nd graders. While studying a math lesson length, they sent this picture along with a card that read "is this how long your baby is?" 20.5 inches exactly! Isn't it funny that Seymouro is the exact same size too!

Those first smiles were unforgettable, even at 2 a.m.
Unfortunately, Henry's first outing was to the doctor. It was the day after we came home from the hospital, and we went to check his weight and take a jaundice test. Fortunately, his weight was stable, but we returned 3 more time for testing for jaundice. The third time was the charm, and we didn't have to go back until his 1 month check up.
